**What the role is**
- As a Senior / Assistant Director, you will oversee a team of about five officers in the Publication, Outreach & Survey Desk within the Data Analytics Division. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
**What you will be working on**
- Coordinating and managing the publication and public release of MOH’s official statistics, operationalising statistics dissemination strategy for MOH public and official statistics, and facilitating the sharing of health care statistics. - Developing suitable feedback avenues and key performance indicators to monitor usage as well as the satisfaction of users, to further enhance the relevance of MOH’s statistics and statistical products. - Adopting a user centric approach to ensure MOH’s published statistics are adaptive, agile and insightful to the public. - Distilling insights from data to uncover trends, validate ideas, facilitate policy review, policy formulation and business process optimisation. - Organising forums with key data source agencies to better understand, operationalise and resolve data issues on the ground, while concurrently building up a strong working relationship among information managers across the various health care institutions. - Using Tableau and selected tools to develop innovative and insightful data visualisation, delivering data in a useful and appealing way to users by making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable. - Collaborating with stakeholders and business partners to organise outreach events with the aim to enable analytics research and innovation through exploration of health care data.
