**Job Descriptions**

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize, plan and implement marketing activities to accelerate the company’s online presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, relevant blogs).
- Execute high performing media buys (Social Media Accounts, Google Ad, etc), and conceptualising for client’s campaigns to meet the return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Develop media buying strategies to facilitate the media buying process.
- Planning of digital marketing strategies to improve sales, traffic, and engagement.
- Create effective marketing copy to achieve social media campaign objectives.
- Optimise performance metrics of campaigns through analysis of campaign statistics and execution of new and innovative campaign ideas.
- Ensure a positive user experience from advertisements to provide the best experience for consumers.
- Ensure effectiveness of campaigns through well thought out campaign strategies and target audience planning.
- Evaluate the performance of clients’ social media pages and Google ads constantly, and provide insightful actionable evaluation reports with recommendations backed by data through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Recognise and troubleshoot issues and problems encountered in media buying processes
- Compilation of weekly and monthly reports with analysis on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Spearhead new media buying platforms and channels.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-year of experience in managing Social Media and Google marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Google Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in content development, curation, and writing skills.
