**Job Description**:
The role of Assistant Manager, Marcomms at the Civil Service Club is crucial in driving the Club's mission and overall objective of providing exceptional experiences and services to members. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in handling media, branding, and marketing activities for the club, with a focus on promoting Club events, chalets, clubhouse facilities, and membership.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that effectively showcase the unique offerings and benefits of being a part of the Civil Service Club. By crafting compelling messaging and utilizing various marketing channels, you will raise awareness and attract new members while engaging our existing member base.

In addition, you will actively seek out and cultivate partnerships that align with our Club's values and enhance the overall experience for our members. These partnerships will add value to the Club and membership, allowing us to offer exclusive benefits and privileges.

Furthermore, as the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing government relations and outreach efforts. This includes building and maintaining positive relationships with relevant government agencies and stakeholders. By effectively representing the club's interests and collaborating with external partners, you will contribute to the growth and success of the Civil Service Club.

Overall, your role as the Assistant Manager, Marcomms, is essential in driving the Club's mission to provide outstanding services and experiences to our members. Through your media, branding, and marketing efforts, you will create awareness, attract new members, and cultivate partnerships that add value to our club and membership. You will report directly to the Marcomms Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, utilising internal and external resources to promote the Club’s facilities, membership, and offerings
- Analyse campaign and survey data, and metrics to determine marketing effectiveness, as well as perform competitive analysis annually
- To develop and cultivate partnerships with merchants, and public service agencies to enhance the Club’s offerings and membership value
- To cultivate and manage the HR community/ staff welfare of public service agencies, and to initiate marketing and outreach programmes
- To provide secretariat support for meetings
- Supervise the Marcomms Executives
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Marcomms Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Degree in Marketing, Media & Mass Communication, or equivalent.
- Preferably 5 years in Marketing, Media & Mass Communication or related experience
- Strong understanding in social media channels, digital marketing, content marketing, and well-informed about current topics and trends
- Able to demonstrate ability for developing and understanding strategy, with hands-on experience in running marketing campaigns and partnerships
- Strong command of English (spoken and written), and good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills, and digitally savvy
- Willing to learn, resourceful and independent
- Enjoys collaborating, and networking
