Warehouse Executive

As the Warehouse Executive, you will provide essential support for the efficient management of warehouse operations.
**Documentation Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts using warehouse management systems (WMS) or databases.
- Prepare and process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle paperwork related to inventory counts, returns, and discrepancies.
**Inventory Management & Control**:
- Oversee the inventory of raw materials, ensuring adequate stock levels for production needs.
- Manage inventory of completed orders, organizing and optimizing storage for efficient retrieval and shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of online goods inventory, ensuring alignment with sales demands
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support inventory control procedures, including labeling, tagging, and organizing stock locations.
**Packaging Operations**:
- Ensure products are packaged efficiently and securely.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize packaging procedures, minimizing waste and ensuring quality.
- Oversee packaging material inventory, managing stock levels and procurement as necessary.
**Job Requirements**:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with warehouse management software (WMS)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures and documentation processes is advantageous.
