A Warehouse Executive plans and implements the processes, operations and technologies of warehousing. Responsibilities include developing plans to monitor and optimise the usage levels of storage, implementing quality programmes, and using data analytics to review efficiency of the warehouse storage and layout plans. The analytical and logical individual also explores feasible solutions and plans to improve service. The individual is expected to assist in leading the warehouse operations department.
- To lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, plan and supervise overall operations and delivery schedules
- Ensure procedures, work instructions, and housekeeping are done properly and ensure that they comply with the workplace safety and health policy at all times
- Generate reports and carry out inventory control, management, and reporting functions in Office.
- Liaison with contractors for servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Initiate and carry out routine and ad-hoc checks inbound, outbound and inventory process/ accuracies; and report on any changes or non-compliances with preventive and corrective actions
- Co-ordinate with internal and external customers on all operations related requirements
- To track and report all operations improvement initiatives as assigned by the Manager.
- Relevant working experience in bounded warehouse
- Responsible for the overall operation and administration of the program
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are complete timely
- Plan and organize to meet customer requirement / satisfaction continually
- General housekeeping and safety / equipment in the warehouse are to up to Performance standard
- Arrange the movement of staff in each activity, if required
- Lead a team of warehouse coordinators to perform warehousing operations
- Ensure the smooth flow of all shipment and warehouse activities
- Ensure that procedures, work instructions and housekeeping are carried out diligently
- Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelors degree or E **quivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant executive working experience in the warehouse/related field
- Hardworking and able to work independently under tight schedules
- Able to converse in cantonese with cantonese speaking clients will be an advantage
- Experiences handling both warehouse team and and in Office for Entry will be an added advantage.
- Some time shift will be in Day or night According to work Schedule.
- Able to start work immediately
- All races welcome
- Able to work Night shift
- Sunday need to work if needs.
