Construction Junior Purchasing Executive can support and manage the purchasing process, focuses on sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project requirements.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Supplier Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

**Procurement Planning**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with project timelines and budgets.
- Forecast procurement needs based on project schedules and scope of work.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to understand material and equipment requirements.

**Cost Management**:

- Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to optimize procurement costs.
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all purchased materials and equipment meet the specified quality standards and project requirements.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and quality inspections.
- Address any quality issues promptly with suppliers to avoid project delays.

**Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for ongoing projects.
- Implement inventory control systems to track usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with warehouse managers to streamline inventory processes.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and performance for senior management.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and assess supplier performance to preempt and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines.

**Supplier Evaluation & Selection**:

- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct site visits as needed.

**Contract Negotiation**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure contracts are comprehensive and legally sound.

**Purchase Order Management**:

- Generate and manage purchase orders.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery.

**Budget Management**:

- Monitor procurement expenditures.
- Implement cost-saving measures.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality checks on received goods.
- Address non-compliance issues.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with project managers and site supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
