**What is the job about?**

You will be involved in various aspects of the planning processes, quality and master data maintenance. Moreover, you will accept various responsibilities to complement the team set-up, as requested by your direct supervisor

**Your main responsibilities**
- You will be supporting the spare part master data organization and inventory management in various planning & purchasing processes
- You will handle sub-contracting & day to day operations with the 3PL provider from a planning perspective
- You will collaborate with (service) product management, production plants & other stakeholders to manage phase-in & phase-out activities, quality issues & relevant changes involving spare parts.
- You will monitor & maintain correct material master parameters in SAP for all materials, process ad-hoc requests & implement necessary (mass) changes, in order to keep a clean and updated spare part assortment.
- You will support maintenance of the tools and running of processes to ease the work of colleagues in the sales companies, creating an easy link between service & distribution.
- You will handle slow moving inventory returns to minimize obsolescence at sales companies & at the spare part distribution centers.
- You will cooperate with suppliers & other departments to resolve product availability issues/problems.
- You will prepare various reports that require data exports, handling & analyzing
- Next to this, we’ll expect from you to participate in continuous improvements to the spare part planning processes.

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in production and distribution operations
- Able to participate in & execute defined planning processes
- Knowledge of stock planning and supply chain operations or prior support on key business initatives will be beneficial
- Professional communication skills in English
- Some knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent ERP, from a materials requirement planning (MM) perspective will be advantageous.
