Singapore DAWN COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY PTE. LTD. Full time

Experienced psychotherapist or clinical psychologist to provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples for a range of mental health conditions.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Assess clients' needs, abilities or behaviour;
- Devise, monitor and adapt appropriate treatment plan;
- Provide psychotherapy for a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression and trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, work-related issues, sexual abuse, rape, bereavement, complex grief, relationship issues, childhood issues;
- Provide psychotherapy to a range of clients from different backgrounds including C-Suite executives and professionals in the corporate world such as lawyers, bankers and managers in highly pressured environments, and to expatriates;
- Represent the practice by attending networking events;
- Support practice by contributing articles to its blog or website or other publications;
- Conduct workshops to corporates and potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Be a member of a professional body regulating the practice of psychotherapy or psychology (particular credit will be given to those accredited by an international professional accreditation body);
- Have at least 10 years post-training experience working with clients;
- Have received training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) as prescribed by the International Centre for Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT);
- Have held a role in the corporate world - preferably having worked as a C-suite executive, lawyer, banker, manager or other similar professional;
- Have experience moving to and living in a new country as a foreigner and has experienced the cross-cultural change and issues involved;
- Have lived and worked in different countries, and have an international outlook;
- Able to relate to people from different cultures;
- Able to build and maintain rapport and hold clients for medium to long term therapy;
- Able to provide effective psychotherapy online;
- Able to provide psychotherapy for a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression and trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, work-related issues, sexual abuse, rape, bereavement, complex grief, relationship issues, childhood issues;
- Excellent writing ability and theoretical knowledge;
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to interact with attendees at presentations and workshops.
