They are launching a new product and we are helping them find their founding team based in Singapore.

The Role

We are searching for a strategic, creative and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to join the founding team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing plan across launch and scale in Singapore. Reporting to the business unit Global Marketing Director, you form part of the global team, with full responsibility for building the marketing calendar, and leading and executing marketing campaigns and activities that drive growth for the business in Singapore. You’ll work in partnership with the business unit's marketing team and the Group’s marketing function based in London to align, coordinate and leverage group strategies where appropriate.

This is a new role within an incubated and fully funded venture operating at pace in a start-up fashion, and benefits from the sizable power of the parent company. We are seeking a strategic problem solver and a doer, someone comfortable leading change, mobilising the organisation and taking ownership of the impact on the ground. This will be the first marketing hire in Singapore so you need to be a self-starter and feel comfortable delivering results from-afar.

Basic Requirements

7+ years experience in a senior marketing manager role building strategic marketing campaigns in both promotional and creative space.
Relevant role experience in a strong e-commerce, app-first or fast-paced consumer brand is a must.
Analytical and commercial mindset, someone who enjoys interpreting data to develop insight/consumer-led marketing strategy.
Channel knowledge across multi-channel, earned and own channels, creating channel plans to meet campaign goals.
Experience implementing simultaneous projects at once and enjoys working with multiple cross-departmental teams.
Comfortable in a matrix and global environment where you direct line manager may work in a different country to you.
Self-starter and creative problem solver who’s comfortable with change and enjoys working in a highly competitive and fast paced industry.
