Our Sourcing Team provides support for regional and global projects in our Flexible Pipe Systems business. We engage and collaborate with regional and global sourcing and procurement teams.

As a Procurement Leader - Connections & SDS, you will be responsible for:

- Developing sourcing plan, and manage Subsea equipment EPC projects and programs to meet customer commitments and project delivery through sourcing and procurement delivery plan
- Managing the complete Subsea equipment purchasing and contract administration function for EPC Projects as required to meet procurement strategy program commitments.
- Partnering with business leadership and regional teams to drive OTD/Quality for key EPC projects.
- Executing Subsea EPC procurement strategy targets on price, delivery, quality and service necessary to meet requirements.
- Developing and implement standard Subsea EPC procurement rhythm and procedures to standardize procurement plan for key EPC projects.
- Leading Procurement Subsea team and provide for the evaluation of key EPC deliverables.
- Ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor’s and proven solid years of experience in a Sourcing position
- Be able to travel 20% of the time
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, and proven interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
- Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Have ability to manage with multiple complex situations daily.
