Location: CBD

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee performers during sets to ensure their safety and well-being
- Provide positive guest service for guests in the theme park
- Assist Star Guide Leads and Stage Managers with daily venue management and coordination
- Assist in the dressing up/down of performers, ensuring that the characters’ appearance adhere to IP standards
- Assist in the upselling of merchandise
- Provide the most cost effective and best / optimal fare to the client with the most logical routing that makes the travel convenient for the client
- Escalate any complaints or feedback received to the Team Leader.
- All other adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Travel / Tourism industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
