Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for handling trade finance-related tasks, specifically related to LCs, to support the trade operations between the headquarters and Southeast Asia. The Trade Finance Assistant Advisor will be responsible for liaising with banks and other relevant parties, and will also provide support for local banking, audit, and tax matters in Hisense Singapore.

Require to effectively and accurately manage letters of credit (90%) and administrative tasks (10%).

Role and responsiblity:
1. Review new letter of credit terms, check for any discrepancies, and communicate with sales personnel.

2. Use SAP to maintain key information on letters of credit.

3. Ensure that original documents are correct and sent to the bank.

4. Understand and communicate information to sales personnel regarding any discrepancies.

5. To prepare the trade Closing Offset Order accordingly if needed.

6. To manage daily ad hoc topics as required.

QUALIFICATION:
1. Open for fresh-graduate, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields

2. OR diploma + Minimum of 2 years of work experience in finance or trade finance.

3. Experience in handling letters of credit (LC) is an advantage. Familiarity with banking processes and regulations related to trade finance, is a PLUS.

4. Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

5. As frequent communicaiton with China based colleagues and partners are required, excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
