**About the team**

Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

**About the role**

We are seeking a** **Manager, Telepharmacy** **who will manage the team fulfilling and delivering all prescriptions via our virtual consultation platform.

This role will report to the Vice President, Operations.

**A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows**:

- Manage a team of assistants and executives to achieve a standard service level agreement (“SLA”) of medication delivery
- Negotiate contractual partnership terms with our key delivery partners
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track operating efficiency, SLA and streamline costs
- Identify gaps and implement operational improvements in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders
- Oversee day to day activities including the procurement of drugs, consumables, and shift rostering
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**About you**
- Prior experience in either logistics or prescription fulfillment and delivery in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think outside of the box, and roll-up-your sleeves to solve problems as they arise
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
