Associate Ai Solutions Engineer

We are looking for an experienced **Associate AI Solutions Engineer**to join our AI Solutions team. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI Agentic Solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, integration, automation experience and solution architecture, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and implementation of agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- Support the development of AI-driven workflows leveraging multi-agent orchestration, automation, and integration capabilities.
- Contribute to the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using Workato connectors, workflows, and recipes.
- Aid in building advanced prompting, memory handling, and workflow execution logic for large language model (LLM)-based agents.
- Troubleshoot and analyze AI workflows, integrations, and automation pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing IT frameworks and customer environments.
- Participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and support the delivery of tailored agentic AI and RAG solutions.
- Continuously monitor, test, and optimize AI workflows to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, design specifications, and best practices.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, including documentation, team learning sessions, and platform knowledge base updates.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, automation, and integration technologies relevant to the Workato ecosystem.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support smooth implementation and adoption.

**Requirements**:
**Qualification & Experience**:

- BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience in development and implementation, with proficiency in Workato.
- Strong foundation in AI engineering, with a particular focus on agent-based systems.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations.
- Basic understanding of integration project implementation **.**

**Technical Skills**:

- Solid knowledge of automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs (REST/SOAP), SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
- Conceptual understanding of integration platforms such as Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration/automation tools is a plus.
- Proficient in working with data structures like JSON and experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on coding experience in Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Conceptual knowledge of microservices, API-based integration architecture, event-driven systems, and process automation using BPM or RPA is desirable.
