- Lead outlet managers in the achievement of goals: financial results, guest satisfactions and employee engagement
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation across all outlets
- Streamline business processes and leading process change and optimization
- Develop potential team leaders through capability development & coaching
- Train and guide new staffs and managers for new outlet's opening, policies and strategies, and other operational matters
- Administer and & review systems processes
- Oversee compliance with food & beverage hygiene policies & procedures
- Ensures all F&B service quality standards are complied with and that Policies & Procedures are consistently applied.
- Oversees all outlets in-charged P&L to ensure cost efficiency
- Manpower planning and review productivity of the various outlets and work closely with them to increase overall efficiency.
- Optimise sales through promotion activities and upselling
- Help control labour cost by maximizing allocation and rostering of team members
- Oversee cost controlling & purchasing activity
- Resolve any escalate issues or feedback from customers, vendors, and supplier to ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Continuously be on the lookout for ways to improve outlets sales and profit.
- Engage in effective communication with the stakeholders, management, colleagues, and guests, and cultivate good working relationships with them.
- Maintain good working relationship with Group Head Chef and Culinary team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:

- More than 8 years of experience in restaurant chain or relevant F&B industry
- Proven track record of leadership and managerial skills while providing exceptional customer service is required
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence, driven and passionate about F&B
- The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
- Must be willing to travel around the island on a day-to-day basis.
- Relevant Certificate in Business Management or food and beverage
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
