In the course of our expansion, our company is looking for an excellent **Group Operations Manager **to join our family of passionate and talented individuals. With divest food concepts and settings, we are looking for an operational leader to lead and guide the different teams to achieve their KPI and the company’s objectives.

Our current Business Units include Restaurants (Western and Chinese), Hotel All Day Dinnig and Bistro.

**Expected Job Responsibilities**
- Oversee and is responsible for all Business Units (BU) day to day smooth operations
- Achieve BU’s KPI and company objectives
- Monitor and enforce top notch restaurant standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation
- Ensure high quality of customer service consistently
- Maintain BU’s desired image and positioning
- Recruit, assess and train staff
- Work with the Marketing Department and assist with tactic executions
- Work with Business Development Department in achieving quarterly KPI

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 5 years F&B experiences in top level management
- Possess up to date industry trends
- Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Good leadership skills and a team player
- 5.5 day work week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $4,800.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

- Top management: 5 years (preferred)
