**We are seeking a skilled Test Manager to lead testing activities for AML/KYC initiatives. The role involves test planning, execution, defect management, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, and junior test engineers.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Test Planning & Execution**:

- **Analyze business and functional requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data ensuring full test coverage.**:

- **Develop and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to map test coverage.**:

- **Execute functional test cases, capture evidence, and compile test results for review.**:

- **Log defects clearly and concisely, track resolutions, and retest fixes.**:

- **Guide junior test engineers in creating test cases and reviewing test evidence.**

**Test Management & Reporting**:

- **Lead daily stand-up meetings and address issues encountered during testing with developers.**:

- **Consolidate testing progress and provide daily reports to the Test Manager.**:

- **Assist the Test Manager in tracking test progress and ensuring on-time delivery.**:

- **Escalate risks, issues, and blockers to the Test Manager as needed.**

**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**:

- **Liaise with developers to clarify issues and coordinate defect resolutions.**:

- **Provide support to end-users during user acceptance testing (UAT).**:

- **Act as a key contact point for testing-related queries within the project.**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years experience as a Test Manager in Banks/Financial Institutions.**:

- **Experience managing small to medium-sized project implementations.**:

- **Strong understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.**:

- **Proficiency in manual testing techniques and test management tools.**:

- **Experience in testing for AML/KYC domains, including**:
**o Customer Onboarding & Name Screening**
**o Alert & Transaction Monitoring**
**o Payment Transaction Filtering/Screening**
**Leadership & Collaboration Skills**:

- **Proven ability to guide and mentor junior test engineers.**:

- **Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.**:

- **Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with developers.**

**Risk Management**:

- **Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and escalate risks/issues promptly.**:

- **Skilled in identifying customer needs and providing value-added solutions.**
