- Position Title**:Sea Freight Supervisor/ Shipping Supervisor (Sea Freight)**:

- Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Expo)
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for ocean product (import, export & cross-trade) shipments
- Supervisory and escalation level of ocean freight operations within Singapore’s office.
- Attendance of joint sales calls if asked for by the Operations Excellence Manager
- Claim and insurance process
- Escalation level in terms of
- Coordination with internal authorities and Department Head for the final acceptance of exempted/ restricted commodities or countries
- Issues during booking and pre-carriage, such as add on of CRM contacts in time, the response of counterpart, disagreement between customer and sub-contractor due to late gate-in containers
- Disagreement with regards to cargo declaration and advance filings (DG, AMS, AFR, ACI, etc.)
- Clarification and investigation as a supporting role to Accounting in terms of late settlement of payment to vendors and by customers due to operational issues
- Lost documents sent to Destination office caused by courier service (Original MB/L, etc)
- Late Manifest declaration caused by Shipper/ Consignee
- Management of special requirements, such as the provision of local charges in terms of OOG, DG, Reefer to local sales and overseas offices
- Training of the Operation team in terms of SOP, Data Quality and system-related matters
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.

- Experience in special shipment handlings: reefer, DG, contract/ project logistic, etc is advantageous
