Singapore THE FORAGE CAFE PTE. LTD. Full time

This position reports to the Floor Manager. Service Associates will need to prepare drinks, serve foods and provide customer service.

Service Associate work in a team-oriented environment with other service crew staff members.

To be involved in:
1. Interact with customers & respond to customer enquiries

2. Maintaining stock & inventory and notifying management when the stocks are running low

3. Assisting in the bar area to help fulfil orders that includes serving food to customers

4. Keep work areas and customer areas clean and organized. This include washing of toilets, mopping of floors, cleaning the bar area, disposing of the rubbish and washing all the dishes.

5. Occasional mascot costumes and clown makeup.

6. Active participation in inventory planning process, including managing inventory and stocks ordering

7. Gain experience in supporting Floor Manager on ensuring smooth operation flow
