**GROUP ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - Quality Health & Safety and Compliance (Medical Services)**

International SOS is currently recruiting for a Group Assistant General Manager (Quality Health & Safety and Compliance) and welcomes applicants that meet with the below criteria.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- In conjunction with the Group Deputy Director, Quality and Compliance is responsible for the leadership, coordination and direction of the quality teams embedded within Medical Services globally, to develop and monitor processes that focus on consistent and compliant delivery that ensures customer satisfaction and business success.
- Provides quality technical support, resources and advice to all Medical Services teams according to the International SOS Integrated Management System, thus ensuring the best possible outcomes across all client interactions
- Provide strong overall leadership, strategy and mentorship within a structured, disciplined work environment for the Medical Services Regional Quality teams globally ensuring consistency and focused continuous quality improvement aligned with the Medical Services Quality Health & Safety Plan
- Functional lead, that ensures compliance with the Standards of International SOS, the Global ISO 9001 and 45001 Standards and the Regulations of each local Jurisdiction leading to global external certification.

- ** People** - Engagement of key stakeholders globally
- ** Business** - Maintenance of quality and safety within the health care delivery platforms, internal and external
- ** Customer** - Customer feedback systems and incident management
**Required Skills and Knowledge**
- Strong, effective technical writing skills
- Knowledge and experience of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards and processes
- Knowledge of the International SOS business globally
**Required Competencies**
- Strong business analytical skills
- IT literate and proficient in use of contemporary computer software including Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Strong customer focus inside and outside of International SOS.
- History of effective team building.
- History of providing vision and direction to the business with effective results.
- Geographical awareness and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure within a matrix structure.
**Required Work Experience**:
- Registered Nurse with extensive clinical and senior management experience
- Worked in an emerging location
- Experienced in developing Standards and associated technical documents
- Successful track record of leading change and projects within a matrix organisation
- Experience/knowledge of the Oil and Gas industries
- Health and Safety background
**Required Qualifications**
- Registered Nurse
- Post Graduate Qualification in Health Care Management
- OH&S Qualification
- ISO Lead Auditor
- Tertiary educational qualifications at the Masters level
