Top Tennis is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Tennis Coach to lead our growing tennis training programs in Singapore. This role is perfect for a passionate coaching professional with substantial management experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- High-quality tennis coaching for children of various skill levels, in groups and individually.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in coaching preschool-aged children.
- Mentor and manage junior coaching staff.
- Talent scouting and team recruitment.
- Oversee multiple coaching locations in Singapore.
- Design and execute lesson plans for both private and group sessions.
- Build lasting relationships with students for retention and satisfaction.
- Implement lesson policies, including payment and cancellation procedures.
- Manage payment collections for private lessons.
- Maintain coaching equipment and court cleanliness.
- Uphold professional standards in all coaching activities.
- Accurate attendance tracking and record keeping for group lessons.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of management experience in a similar role.
- Must currently be in a similar position and conducting coaching lessons.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work across different locations in Singapore.
- Availability to work on weekends.
