Finance Manager

The opportunity exists for a dynamic person with a strong work ethic to join Resource Solutions APAC in the role of Finance Manager. The Finance Manager - APAC role will provide challenges for an individual who is seeking to consolidate and further their skills acquired in leading a cross jurisdictional finance team. The core responsibilities of this role will include leading and managing a team of nine (9) staff, management of the month end process and review of management reporting for SEA offices. Involvement in the review of the annual audit process will be required along with the completion of all regular company tax requirements for Singapore, India, Malaysia & Philippines. The role is also responsible for and co-ordination of the annual budgeting process for APAC. The role provides support to all levels of management within the APAC businesses. A key emphasis in delivering support to the business is imperative as well as a focus on driving continuous improvement. This role equires strong leadership and management skills along with the ability to mentor, provide support and guidance to the team. A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative and the utilisation of technical ability acquired through previous work experience and professional study is also required. Requires twice yearly travel to Hyderabad and Manila branch offices.

**Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Leading a team of nine (9) staff with four (4) direct reports
- Review of the preparation month end accounts, monthly management reporting pack and approval of relevant entries to the General Ledger in D365 for RS SEA and India.
- Producing weekly forecasting report for RS APAC including updates for any new client wins, client losses, new client commercials, headcount changes and any other significant costs changes in the RS APAC business.
- Co-ordinating the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual UK reporting requirements
- Preparation of monthly analysis for RS Global CFO and RS APAC MD.
- Co-ordinating the preparation of RS APAC adhoc reporting as it arises from RS APAC Management Team.
- Co-ordinating and contributing to the preparation of Resource Solutions annual budgets across 24 clients and 14 countries.
- Review and oversight of all tax compliance requirements, including the completion of monthly, quarterly and annual returns for RS Singapore, Malaysia, India & Philippines.
- Involvement and review in Year End Audit for RS Singapore, Malaysia, India & Philippines.
- Provision of financial data for use in prospective client bids.
- Active participant as a finance SME in RS APAC Implementation of new wins and Leadership Team projects leading the discussions and decisions around finance matters such as invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Finance representative in RS APAC CMT Monthly meetings providing finance updates to the RS APAC CMT Team.
- Coordinating finance training for Operations team as need arises - new HC, new win. Training includes P&L, Flash & Budget training.
- Completion of Credit Check for new wins as the need arises.
- Ongoing process improvement

**Experience**
- Big 4 or broad based industry experience
- CA/CPA qualified
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI and D365 experience highly desirable
