**Who we are**
- 1880 is a members' club in Singapore that is a social club, co-working space, and an evolving calendar of events including discussions, parties, DJ nights, wellness sessions, and corporate launches._
- Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be assisting for elements of **Accounts Receivable** (aka Membership Finance), **Accounts Payable**and General Ledger.
- Assist the team with working closely with other Members of the team to manage Membership Finance, including the billing and payment collection cycle;
- Assist in monthly P&L generation, balance sheet account reconciliations and inventory stock taking; if needed
- Assist in data analysis and reporting requirements;
- Assist to Perform weekly and monthly system supported cash and bank reconciliations;
- Assist with Daily verification of POS data;
- Assist in other general day-to-day finance operations and control requirements as required.
- Admin duties include data entry, filing, and scanning of documents
- Performs other related tasks as assigned

**Who We Are Looking For**
- Currently in Higher Nitec/Diploma/Uni in accounting/finance/business management or equivalent studies
- Passionate in accounting/finance and keen to learn accounts receivable or accounts payable
- Individual that is passionate to drive process improvement for finance
- Able to complete task in timely manner
- Meticulous, organized, and detailed oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
