**What the role is**
- We are looking for a motivated individual to join us in the HR outreach team. You will drive the youth outreach programme to generate and promote interest in science and technology for defence.

**What you will be working on**
- The role will require you to: - Conceptualise new initiatives and execute them effectively. - Ensure seamless implementation of programmes designed to increase brand awareness of DSTA. - Build effective partnership with schools and other agencies within Defence Technology Community.

**What we are looking for**
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences, Communications Studies or equivalent - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience - Experience in outreach and programme management would be an advantage - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written - Good IT knowledge and skills - Meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
