We are looking for a highly motivated **Sales Operations Senior Associate/ Associate **to join us. Direct reporting to the CS&O Manager, this role is to manage all sales operations at HQ level.
Main Responsibilities:
A. Credit and AR management
- Manage customer credit activities, including customer onboarding, CRM account creation, billing & collections, credit insurance, credit reviews, bad debts analysis, AR collections. - Review credit limits and client payment status (DSO, AR T/O days) so as to recommend the next course of action for clients - Manage the billing confirmation process and ensure regular updates and reporting of billing status. - Primarily responsible for tracking collection and credit call activities. - Track client dispute resolution process, from early identification of disputes to resolution, and measurement. - Regular monitoring of client local billing issues and work with clients on the ideal solution to take forward. - Work closely with Account Management Team/ Finance to ensure prompt and proper invoicing in accordance to contractual terms.

B. Sales Contract Management
- Primary involvement for activities relating to sales pipeline tracking, sales contracts review, signing and repository. Maintain repository of sales contracts and campaign performance reports to ensure validity and proper documentation.
- Identify campaign related clauses in contracts (e.g. KPI and attribution clauses) and ensure the accurate communication via sales orders or during cross-functional team meetings.
C. Process and Controls
- Overseas and maintain a robust knowledge repository of sales policies and resources.
- Identify and drive the execution of business process improvement and automation activities. Support other ad-hoc sales operations workstreams and requests.
- Closely keep track and follow-up on all outstanding sales related issues and requests.

D. CRM and Analytics
- Support the sales teams with various CRM data inputs and analytics
- Support cross functional teams with the preparation of performance reports and decks, market research and client business reviews.

All about you:

- Degree in IT, Marketing, Business or equivalent, about 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in a Sales Operations, Credit, Audit or Finance role.
- Working knowledge of the following is preferred: (i) CRM systems such as Safesforce/Zoho, (ii) BI tools (as a creator) such as Power BI/Tableau/Domo and (iii) project management tools such as Jira/Confluence/Notion.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience is preferred.
- Motivated, hardworking, high attention to details, strong organizational skills.
- Must be willing to work across different time zones to support cross-cultural colleagues and clients located globally.
- Highly adaptable to changing business requirements, team structures and job activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and one other language.
