Direct message the job poster from Maison Margiela About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate/Senior Sales Associate to join our Maison Margiela team in Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our fashionable retail store located in Singapore. What you'll be doing Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Deliver outstanding service aligned with the brand's luxury standards. Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business. Create personalized client experiences, including services and private appointments. Manage post-sale follow-up, including client feedback and relationship nurturing. Maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, brand history, and current campaigns. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail sales, preferably within the luxury fashion/apparel industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the Margiela brand A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation Proficiency in English and Mandarin Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude What we offer At OTB Singapore, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
