**Responsibilities**:

- **Testing and Commissioning**:Ensure the smooth functioning of network equipment in a production environment through rigorous testing and commissioning.
- **Network Design and Configuration**:Collaborate with contractors to design, configure, and review network setups for optimal performance.
- **Disaster Recovery (DR)**:Execute full DR tests on the system and network when necessary, ensuring readiness for any potential disruptions.
- **Network Management**:Configure and manage various network components including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- **VLAN Segregation**:Design and implement segregation of voice and data VLANs, integrating them seamlessly into the backend system.
- **Monitoring and Alerting**:Configure network monitoring systems to provide real-time statistical data and alerts for equipment downtime.
- **Integration**:Set up and integrate front-end devices to communicate effectively with backend systems such as Payment Systems.
- **Troubleshooting**:Provide support and troubleshoot network issues during implementation and daily operations.
- **Security Configuration**:Implement network security hardening measures for all network equipment based on security requirements.
- **Incident Management**:Track and resolve network-related incidents and requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- **Documentation**:Prepare comprehensive documentation on Network Architecture Design for reference and future maintenance.
- **IP Address Management**:Maintain accurate IP address listings for both production and non-production environments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology or Engineering.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in system and network administration.
- **Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Team Player**:Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- **Self-Motivation**:Strong interest and self-motivation in installing, configuring, and maintaining system/network services.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting various network protocols, WLAN, switches, routers, servers, IPS/IDS, and firewalls.
- **Monitoring Expertise**:Experience in network monitoring, ensuring integrity and availability of hardware, network resources, and systems.
- **Security Administration**:Competence in administering anti-virus, anti-spam, and network security systems.
- **Hardening Experience**:Familiarity with implementing network device hardening requirements.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Relevant experience in monitoring and reviewing network performance, with capacity planning abilities.
- **Autonomy**:Ability to work with mínimal supervision, meeting tight schedules effectively.
