Senior Director, Regional Footwear Sourcing

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As our Senior Director for Regional Footwear Sourcing, you will lead the strategy alignment and deployment to create a flexible and responsible footwear source base to reliably deliver footwear product to meet consumer demand. You will leverage data and analytics to responsibly source where footwear product is made to ensure cost, quality, delivery and sustainability performance. You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams through coaching, cross functional collaboration, while ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion sit at the core of operating and leading the business.

You will utilize your experience mapping and solving complex issues using data and analytics, strong financial acumen and optimization modeling. You will be responsible for taking complex information and communicating clearly to a range of critical stakeholders. You will also drive long-term strategy while balancing the short
- and long-term impacts of decision making.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will lead the Asia Footwear Sourcing team to allocate where footwear product is made and by which factory partners. You will lead the strategy alignment and deployment to build a flexible and resilient source base that is designed to minimize risk and reliably deliver. You will be instrumental in building the vision for the footwear sourcing network to deliver long-term growth to 2030 and beyond. You will also manage the on time delivery performance of the network.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This is the Nike matrix. You will manage an Asia based team focused on short, medium and long-term sourcing. You will work with teammates in our Technology organization to identify opportunities to drive digitalization. You will be the Footwear Sourcing leader across Global Manufacturing, strongly collaborating with Consumer Creation, Partner Management, Supply / Inventory Planning teams, and Footwear Partners.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years professional experience in a supply chain related environment; with in-depth knowledge or experience in Footwear and/or Apparel manufacturing.
- Prior experience in sourcing, planning and supply management required
- At least 5 - 7 years of management experience
- Strong enterprise team leadership
- Strong influencing skills and ability to collaborate with various partners cross functionally
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing demands
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Ability to travel 20%
