Role & Responsibilities
The individual will be a core team member of the Sourcing (Apparel, Footwear and Equipment) Product Supply Organization with an extensive focus on project management and collaborative problem-solving. The role will involve working closely with the Brands’ Sourcing and Product Operations Leaders to influence the overall strategic sourcing initiatives. You will also execute other strategic initiatives in collaboration with various functions throughout the organization.
Strategy-focused:
Act as a core member to partner with various functions and leaders to support on developing global product allocation strategies that will guide decision-making for the overall Apparel brands product supply function; ability to conduct gap analysis from previous processes and share best practices and insights
Process Improvement / Reengineering:
Work closely with the global regional office teams to help drive process harmonization across various Brands with a strong focus on driving efficiencies and optimizing business processes; identifying new ways to track KPIs, giving visibility to the leadership team on the KPI performance across Brands
Project Management:
Ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously, communicating closely with Project Sponsor and Project Core Members to influence behaviour and mindset change and drive success to achieve business objectives
Data & Reporting:
Partner with COE Systems Lead in building sourcing-related data analytics and reports on analytics platforms such as Tableau
Competency Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, retail / consumer industry or consulting analyst role
Intermediate user of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, plus if you have power query)
Team player and ability to work independently
Ability to communicate and influence globally and regionally
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to work at a high level and detail level to draw conclusion and make recommendations
Able to interpret and reflect complex information, including but not limited to intranational and international news and conscience model for the Center of Excellence project model and strategic plan
Be accountable for delivering consistently high quality output
Embraces and executes chage through agile learning and pursuing unconventional ways towards the successful implementation
