Founded in 1982 in Singapore, Exim & Mfr Enterprise provides quality-assured fasteners, electro-mechanical components, sleevings/tubings, wires and wiring management accessories to multinational manufacturers and equipment makers across diversified industries.

Through our network of sales offices and operations across the region in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam we serve our customers with the materials and services they need for their manufacturing requirements and industrial projects. Exim’s services include quality lab inspection, value-added processing, kitting, sub-assembly and vendor-managed inventory programmes.

DESIGNATION : [Exim & MFR Enterprise] Inside Sales Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide sales administration for a set of customers assigned by the Assistant Sales Manager
- To provide sales administration for a set of customers assigned to Senior Sales Engineer
- To handle all incoming telephone sales enquiries and report to the Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager
- To handle all walk-in-sales inquiries and report to the Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager
- To follow up on quotations, sample submission and first article approval
- To liaise with suppliers for quotations and price / delivery negotiations
- To chair monthly sales coordinator meeting involving all local and regional sales coordinators on issues pertaining to management updates, new procedures to improve job efficiency, feedback from Coordinators
- To assist in the training of new Sales Coordinators
- To monitor and guide the local and regional Sales Coordinators
- To undertake other tasks as and when assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Engineering field or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in similar job nature and industry
- Proficient in MS office
- Self-motivated, result orientated with good interpersonal skill
- Excellent communication skill in English
- Prefer business level fluency in a secondary language such as Korean/Chinese to manage clients from China/South Korea
