Job Scope:

- Execute costing and pricing analysis to ensure favorable margin contribution of products.
- Review profitability and monitor sales performance of product lines/business units.
- Analyze company and group performance by comparing with forecasts, budgets, and other comparatives.
- Perform various analyses on key variances and recommend process improvements for operational excellence.
- Support annual corporate budgeting and monthly P&L forecasting/analysis.
- Assist department heads in understanding cost breakdowns and developing cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage internal risk control activities, including being a member of the Group ERM/BCP committee.
- Support internal audit reviews and prepare necessary statistics for government bodies.
- Perform ad-hoc business and financial analysis as requested by senior management.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in finance planning, preferably in the agribusiness or food industry.
- Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills with a background in data analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Navision, and extracting relevant finance data.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
