Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Industrial Engineer (Cost Analyst).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate in financial planning and conduct cost analysis to create effective systems integrating manpower, machinery, materials, and methods.
  • Analyze and visualize manufacturing performance through monthly profit and loss statements; communicate insights to operational teams and management for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, estimation, and monthly forecasting of profit and loss statements, including variance analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Study and understand manufacturing processes to simulate product costs accurately.
  • Utilize IT tools to improve the accuracy of reports, analytics, and visual representation of data.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related professional experience.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Positive attitude in a challenging work environment.
  • Driven to achieve goals with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
  • Proficiency in software and programming tools, including MS Office, Excel VBA, SQL, and Power BI.
