**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the transformation of assigned value streams by defining enhanced, efficient, and scalable business processes across modules.
- Represent the needs of the business by deeply understanding functional challenges, exceptions, and improvement opportunities in their domain.
- Partner with the global business process owners and managers to validate design and ensure cross-regional, cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with the functional design team to translate process ideas into functional requirements, user stories, and system configurations.
- Lead working sessions and engage directly with global and local users, capturing real-world scenarios, validating prototypes, and managing feedback.
- Ensure processes are aligned with enterprise transformation objectives and support knowledge retention, compliance, and continuity.
- Contribute to documentation, testing, training, and rollout planning from a business-led perspective.
- Serve as a trusted change agent within their domain, promoting innovation and adoption of enhanced processes and tools.

**MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of operational experience in the liner shipping or container logistics industry, with functional expertise in one or more of the following domains: Trade & Network Planning (including alliances and commercial strategy); Commercial & Documentation (including regulatory compliance); Terminal Operations & Procurement; Equipment Management (assets, repositioning, M&R); Agency Operations & Local Port Processes; and Operations Cost Management
- Experience in business transformation, ERP/system implementation, or process reengineering preferred

**Why Join Us**:

- Be part of a leading global carrier with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.
- Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
