Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Smart Monitoring Systems - Position Title**:Electrical Quantity Surveyor**: - Working Location: Ang Mo Kio - Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM) - Salary Package**:Basic Salary + Performance Bonus**: - Duration: Permanent **Key Responsibilities** - Evaluate the technical aspects of projects, estimate the quantity of materials needed, and analyze costs. - Get quotations from subcontractors and suppliers that meet the project's needs. - Review and document comparisons of material types and prices from different suppliers. - Examine architectural and electrical design drawings and make necessary corrections, using software like AutoCAD and Revit. - Calculate the total electrical demand, including lighting and power consumption. - Draft out the designs for electrical setups, including lighting layout, power layout, cableway layout, single line diagram and schematic diagram. - Complete and fine-tune the final electrical designs ("As Built Drawings"). - Organize visits to the project site with subcontractors and the project team. - Make sure construction quality on site matches the electrical design plans. - Other necessary tasks as assigned. **APPLY NOW** - Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software is required. - Good understanding of electrical circuits and wiring. - Preferably with 1-3 years' relevant working experience.
