Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

The student as part of the procurement negotiation team will support with supplier negotiations globally.

In your new role you will:

- **Develop data models **that will support active negotiations (pricing analysis, competitive analysis..)
- **Support negotiation team **with **running actual negotiations **using state of the art game theoretic processes
- Support team with **developing and optimizing our negotiation framework **as used in Infineon
- Support team with **development of learning nuggets in negotiations **(how to negotiate more effectively and other topics)
- Help **organize negotiation event weeks **in Asia and/or Europe

Internship learning outcomes:

- Gain understanding on how to conduct effective negotiations with global suppliers individually and as part of large scale negotiation events
- Gain understanding on how to leverage game theory in order to negotiate with suppliers
- Learn to develop data driven tools that support negotiations
- Learn to develop communication skills that are useful in negotiations

You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

- On track to attain Bachelor or Master in Business / Engineering or Economics
- You have strong problem solving skills and are resourceful
- You have good communication skills and is able to work within global teams
- You have good experience with Excel and Powerpoint
- You are willing to learn new topics
