**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Are you currently seeking an internship opportunity in Legal?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Legal Services team in Singapore. You will contribute to the effective functioning of our Legal Commercial team for our Video and Networks business in multiple regions (primarily the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Your responsiblities include, but are not limited to**:

- Participate in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and interpreting commercial agreements in support of a broad spectrum of business initiatives, especially customer contracts
- Assist in streamlining dispute resolution activities and internal business processes
- Conduct research and draft memoranda in various legal fields
- Provide assistance to SES affiliates and subsidiaries on legal aspects as requested
- Provide support and advice on legal matters in various functions

**YOUR PROFILE**

**1. You must**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law
- .Excellent analytical and judgment skills, experience with Singapore business law is an asset
- Ability to set priorities and to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Computer literate (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.)
- Capable of professionally managing confidential information
- Easy to communicate with at all levels
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore citizenship or possessing a current valid work permit for Singapore).

**2. It would be nice if you had**
- Strong interest in the satellite/media/telecommunication business
