**Responsibilities**
- Planning travel itineraries, making reservations & ticketing, refunds & invoicing.
- Understand clients’ need for complete accurate records of bookings and, offer the best alternatives available in terms of pricing & routing.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreement & clients’ travel policies and, maintain accurate Client Profiles.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and sound travel advice to corporate customers.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with our corporate customers.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma in Tourism, Hotel or Business Management or any relevant.
- Preferably with related experience in the Corporate Travel and/or Airlines industry
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and good team player with a collaborative mindset to drive the best outcomes.
- Strong knowledge in Air Ticketing & use of GDS (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus or any form of GDS Air Ticketing reservation system)
