**Responsibilities**:
**Debt Investor Relations**
- Develop and execute debt investor relations strategies and initiatives to attract and retain bond investors.
- Craft, shape and deliver key messages and content for investor and stakeholder engagement materials such as investor presentations, bond offering circulars, Temasek Review and Temasek website, appreciating and meticulously managing the interplay between the various materials.
- Organise global investor engagements such as roadshows and investor meetings.
- Assist with execution of institutional and retail bond issuances, including preparing marketing and communications materials and bond allocation.
- Lead studies and analysis that are relevant to bond investors and debt capital markets, delivering critical findings and actionable insights that will shape investor engagement strategies.
- Serve as a point of contact to foster positive relationships and direct dialogue with debt investors, addressing inquiries, providing relevant updates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant bond regulations/legislation regarding disclosure and investor engagement, review them where applicable, maintain relationship with relevant regulators.

**Credit Analysis and Ratings**
- Shape the credit story of Temasek and support the engagements with credit rating agencies.
- Lead credit analysis and develop insights for internal stakeholders through concise presentations and reports.
- Develop and maintain large data sets and financial models to assist with financial analysis and credit rating assessments.
- Conduct research in areas of credit rating methodologies, credit market trends, financial performance of companies, sovereign-related companies and sustainability.
- Drive the team’s responses to relevant consultation papers in the credit rating sphere.
- Lead the engagement with Temasek’s auditors for the annual audit process for credit rating-related aspects.

**Requirements**:

- 7 to 9 years of relevant work experience
- Recognised degree in Economics, Finance and Business
- Effective project manager capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve team goals
- Demonstrated initiative and independence, possessing a strong sense of work ethic and ownership to manage projects from inception to completion
- Demonstrated proficiency in simplifying complex information and presenting it concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing and analysing large qualitative and quantitative data sets to deliver actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and teamwork with both internal and external stakeholders
- Receptive to working on a variety of topics involving ambiguity and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in written and verbal mandarin would be beneficial
