Our Client, Manufacturing industry, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as a** **Material & Production Planner.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- In charge of production schedule planning & arrangement
- Prepare weekly/monthly master planning
- Coordinate customer priorities with production team on deliveries
- Inform and communicate with customer services timely regarding the follow ups of production processes
- Coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labour and equipment availability
- Monitor WIP and work order status on production floor
- Monitor production daily output and target
- Liaise with other functions to meet customers delivery date and ensure orders completion
- Monitor and schedule production rework
- Schedule materials supply to meet production requirements with minimum safety stock level
- Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions
- Determine required materials and generate purchase requisition
- Understand and manage risks to minimise impact on production schedule
- Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trend
- Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
- Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on demand forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production
- Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands
- Support supplier meetings and negotiations to ensure demand for materials is met

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree/Diploma
- Relevant knowledge experience on the production management preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand the manufacturing knowledge of production safety
- Able to adapt to high pace and pressure of the nature of the job scope

**OTHER INFORMATION**:

- Working Location: West
- Good progression and bonus.
- 5 days workweek
- Basic up to S$4K (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
