Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Compliance Officer to join our compliance team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for regulatory affairs, strong analytical skills, and a desire to develop their career in compliance. The Junior Compliance Officer will assist in ensuring that the company adheres to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs.
- Review and update internal policies to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
- Support the compliance team in conducting internal audits and investigations.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure relevant departments are informed of changes.
- Conduct regular compliance checks and prepare reports for senior management.
- Assist in compliance training for staff to promote awareness and adherence to regulations.
- Respond to internal and external compliance inquiries and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining compliance documentation, manuals, and procedures.
- Support the preparation of reports and submissions to regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

- In Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience or internship in compliance, legal, or financial regulation (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information with discretion.
