**_Job description: Middle Office Junior Analyst (Permanent/full-time)
-**:
The Middle Office Junior Analyst would be working directly with all members of the team, including team members based in London. Key responsibility supporting the front Office in Singapore, liaising with Middle/Back Office colleagues in London office to hand over the day-to-day work and in developing and maintaining robust processes and to provide information to both internal and external clients as required.

This role does offer the opportunity to grow over time, working alongside mid-level and senior colleagues in middle office, risk, corporate affairs, and compliance. The successful applicant will play a role in the development and continuous improvement of our processes, controls and reporting deliverables.
- Key responsibilities will cover: _
- managing trade bookings & confirmations
- ensuring accuracy of information supporting order management systems
- supporting fund subscription and redemption reporting and fund documentation updates
- performing portfolio reconciliation, performance analysis and client reporting
- maintaining the counterparty schedule, supporting the on-boarding of brokers and set up of new custody markets at custodians
- assist in the preparation of retrocession calculations and statements
- invoice processing, and manage basic bookkeeping entries for management accounting support some basic day to day office requirements alongside colleagues, such as office supplies, receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.

This role does offer the opportunity to learn from a supportive team and to grow over time, while working alongside mid-level and senior colleagues in middle office, risk, corporate affairs, and compliance.

- a polytechnic level academic qualification, with an authorization to work in Singapore background in fund or portfolio accounting
- knowledge of investment management operational processes and requirements
- experience using Bloomberg, and higher level experience with Microsoft Excel
