**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Manager, Integrative Logistics Solutions to join our Supply Chain Solutions department within the Global Logistics division. This highly analytical role will see you responsible for providing solutions to client opportunities across our Logistics services in Asia. By building cross-functional relationships, you will liaise with key stakeholders in driving requirements analysis, solution development, pricing and costing, proposal documentation, solution presentations and negotiations

**The role**

As a Manager, Integrative Logistics Solutions, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the entire tender process for specific opportunities with includes the development of response format / pricing matrix / responding to queries to timely submission of RFI, RFP and RFQ to customer / sponsors. You will also provide expertise in the cost modeling and analysis of business for pricing determination and business improvement analysis and coordinate and manage the information flow from the sales lead, and other sales team members and internal service / rate providers to create a complete and professional customer proposal within the required time parameters
- Supporting the development and maintenance of a knowledge pricing database of capital, labor and operating costs, productivity standards (where applicable) and company information to support tender request
- Collaborating with key stakeholders in the Toll Group to ensure a proposed solution solves the clients’ problem. Providing analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business, inclusive of requirement clarifications, tender evaluations, manpower calculations, infrastructure investments and design
- Undertaking presentations to customers on solutions and supporting Sales/ Business development in the new business acquisition process. Responsible for project deliverables and involvement in solution presentations to customers

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Undergraduate qualifications in Business and/or Logistics/Engineering. Master’s in Project Management, Supply Chain Management and/or MBA
- 5 years working experience in related industry, with at least 3 years in an Intralogistics/Warehouse Solutions role. Overseas experience an advantage
- Knowledge of the following topics: storage mediums, material handling equipment, space analysis, manpower analysis, inventory/SKU analysis, operational key performance indicators, continuous improvement initiatives, transportation methods, packaging, secondary operations, costing, material flow design and optimization and solutions engineering
- IE/Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent competencies an advantage; Financial and Mathematical Modelling Skills a must as well as AutoCAD/REVIT design tools. Working knowledge of operating systems incl WMS/TMS/ERP and interfacing thereof an advantage
- Excellent Presentation and Documentation Skills. Demonstrated ability in preparing professional proposals. Advanced Powerpoint, Excel and VBA Skills. Other programming skills advantageous
- Ability to travel throughout SEA and abroad based on solution support requirements
