**Role Description**

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Multimedia Designer to join our Kao Salon Division in Singapore. This full-time, on-site role will involve designing and adapting multimedia content—including videos, graphics, and web designs—to support marketing and promotional initiatives. The Multimedia Designer will also manage social media content creation, posting, and strategy to ensure consistent and engaging brand presence across digital platforms. A key aspect of this role will be working closely and collaborating with the salon team to understand their needs and translate them into creative concepts that resonate with both professionals and clients. The designer will also adapt artwork for various platforms, ensuring creative alignment across multiple touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and Produce multimedia content, including videos, and graphics, to support marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Salons to understand their needs and feedback, creating content that aligns with salon goals, promotions, and client engagement strategies.
- Adapt and Repurpose Artwork for various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand identity across digital, print, and salon-specific materials.Manage Social Media Content Creation and Posting, ensuring timely and engaging posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in multimedia and video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Expertise in graphic design, and social media content creation, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and social media management tools.
- Experience in adapting and repurposing artwork for different platforms (e.g., digital, print, and social media).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, content strategies, and performance analytics.
- Ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media channels, and advertising materials.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team and communicate design concepts clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time-management abilities.
- Degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
