**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Handle **daily bookkeeping, data entry, and invoicing** with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare **monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements**:

- Manage **accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations**:

- Ensure compliance with **Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations**:

- Assist in **budgeting, forecasting, and cost control** initiatives
- Support **internal and external audits** by maintaining proper documentation
- Maintain **well-organized financial records** and deliver timely reports
- Work closely with management to **improve financial systems and processes**

**What We’re Looking For**
- Diploma or Degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**:

- Strong understanding of **accounting principles and local tax laws**:

- Proficient in **accounting software** (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and **MS Excel**:

- Meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently under deadlines
