**Role**

Lead a team of dedicated campus recruiting professionals reporting regionally into the AEJ Regional Head of HR. You will partner with our businesses to design and implement campus recruiting strategies and programs. You will also have opportunities to work with your peers from other regions on global projects. This is a rare opportunity for a passionate campus recruiter who is looking for the next role where you can make a difference by initiating and implementing changes and fresh ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience
- Minimum of 4 years of campus recruitment experience
- Minimum of 3 years of team management experience within an investment bank
- Minimum of 3 years of team management experience
- A strong appreciation of branding, marketing and event management will help tremendously in your day-to-day.
- You will be someone who is willing to travel and can work both independently and collaboratively.
