AI Sales Specialist
- APAC & India
This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop AI sales pipeline by working with Account managers, partners, other specialists in the team.
- Develop AI strategies for key accounts across the region. Establish a professional and consultative, relationship with key accounts, including the C- level relationship by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the clients within their industry.
- Work with tech specialists to participate in RFPs and sales opportunities as brought in by the account managers, partners or team members.
- Maintain and use overall cross-portfolio knowledge to support account leads with integration of solutions.
- Understand and leverage services as part of strategic portfolio of products.
- Demonstrate the ability to leverage the company's portfolio of products and services to change the playing field against our competition.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner/ISV solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership and initiative in successfully driving full portfolio including hardware, software and services needed for the customer's requirements.
- Balance strategic and tactical pursuits to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream.
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of the AI industry and trends.
- At least 5-8 years of direct/in-direct sales experience.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota over the years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hunter mentality.
- Ability to sell large, complex solutions.
