**Marketing Campaigns Executive - Sephora Singapore (1 Year Contract)**

The Executive is responsible for the supporting and coordination of all campaigns, both thematic, commercial and local tactical for both online and B&M.

Ideally capable of both creative thinking and strong coordination skills. You will be expected to ensure campaign content is scheduled, uploaded and published to our community and in our stores in a timely manner, as well as, coordinate initiatives for in-store and in-mall. Ensuring alignment with your marketing and brand peers. You have a great sense of humour, tireless energy and are passionate about our customer and community’s interests.

- Supporting Head of Marketing & Ecommerce and/or Senior Marketing Executive for any store initiatives - including campaign set up, brand events in-store, mall comms.
- OMNI campaign coordination
- Plan and execute Omni campaigns, ranging from BAU to commercial sale campaigns
- Devise communications plan and coordinate with channels (ecommerce, social and paid) to ensure coverage of all Sephora-owned channels
- Set up promotion for both online and retail stores - working with onsite and retail operations respectively
- Perform hygiene checks for campaigns to ensure smooth customer journey e.g Assets live as scheduled, landing page optimisation, accurate copy and visuals on assets
- Procurement of gifts with purchase (GWP) - from ideation, to sourcing and ordering, and coordination with Supply Chain for activation
- Perform post-mortem analysis for campaigns
- Overseeing Retail channel
- Ownership of retail channel for campaigns and activations
- Management of retail touchpoints to enhance customer experience (e.g digital screens, hanging signages)
- Coordination with external vendors for preparation of POSM
- Coordination with stores, and Retail Operations to ensure smooth execution of campaigns on an operational level - for promotions and store events
- Collaboration with malls for partnership initiatives to drive store traffic and sale, and to secure marketing support for key commercial campaigns
- Prepare weekly Marketing Action Box report to brief retail team on upcoming activations
- Conduct monthly post-mortem report to monitor performance of store promotions
- Adhoc administrative duties
- Raising of purchase requisitions and purchase orders, maintenance of Marketing Expense Tracker
- Work closely with Finance for any billback tracking
