**Job Summary**:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand equity. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans ( E-commerce & key channels) for our core brand, developing brands and new brands.
- Work with our team of Key Account Managers to launch and manage Advertising and Promotion campaigns for the entire year ANP plan.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape with findings for key risks and drivers for growing new brands.
- Collaborate with Procurement teams to develop in-house brands from product development phase, source and negotiate new brands with external Principal, develop test launch with key Account managers at Channels and growing all brands through yearly trade marketing.
- Set and manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI across all brands.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising and promotion to ensure consistency in strategies implementation and review for improvement in sales.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Build, maintain strong relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies and media outlets to employ their services to support Advertising and Promotional Campaign to advise Principal and Channel partners.
- Ensure all brand communications are consistent with the brand’s voice, values, and positioning.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA welcome.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market research techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Dynamic leadership experience with the drive to inspire and motivate a team for breakthrough results.
- Must have three years of relevant experience
