Being a part of the international community, we participate in major worldwide events (AWS re:Invent, AWS Summits, AWS DevDays) and develop multiple AWS User local communities. We have 500+ certified AWS experts, experienced AWS Cloud Architects and experts, multiple AWS Cloud projects, 9 AWS Competencies, and AWS Partner Ambassadors.

Our Group continuously develops AWS Marketplace offerings and repeatable solutions, participates in early preview, and launch of new AWS Cloud services and tools, AWS Professional Services program, conducts AWS Well-Architected Reviews, AWS Immersion Days, and provides a variety of other AWS services and offerings.

As an AWS SA Generalist, you’ll be dedicated to a specific region and report directly to AWS Global Lead. And as a part of AWS Cluster, you will continuously contribute to our AWS Partnership and help design, incubate, and ramp up capabilities for delivering AWS and Hybrid Cloud solutions.

**YOU ARE**:

- Possessing the following competencies_
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology or Cloud Services as a leader of teams, projects, programs
- Knowledge of software architecture principles and practices, experience with designing systems
- Hands-on experience with complex cloud migration projects starting assessment and till modernize phase, greenfield projects, leading multiple projects
- Background in making decisions on the architecture and tooling, processes, and experts education model
- Technical depth and understanding in multiple tools (preferably currently used) in the following areas: AWS Cloud security, AWS Cloud networking, OS administration, CI/CD, virtualization, containers and orchestration, databases, IAC, scripting and/or programming languages, configuration management, logging, monitoring
- Hands-on experience with tools from a previous item
- Experience with presales and proposal preparation
- Experience with communication with engineers, Directors, VPs, and C-level
- AWS Partnership experience. Preferably 2+ years working on the development of different AWS competencies, service delivery programs, collaboration with AWS account teams, PSMs, PDMs, PDSAs, AWS funding programs, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills
- Active AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certificate
- Nice to have_
- Background in software development (principles, tools, methodologies)
- Experience with competitive public Clouds (GCP or Azure)
- Active AWS Certificates
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional

- Providing architecture support on calls with AWS and technology partners
- Developing repeatable solutions and accelerators for specific markets, AWS Cloud and technology partners, verticals, etc.
- Preparing packaged offers for repeatable solutions and accelerators, so as AWS Marketplace
- Educating SoftServe teams on package offers
- Developing “System Integrators for ISV” model for collaboration with ISV (AWS technology partners)
- Preparing and managing private marketplace offers based on ISV solutions and ProServe (like AWS CPPO)
- Developing relationship with AWS ProServe regional teams: intro calls, overview, customers' support calls, architecture reviews
- Maintaining implementation squad of experts L4-L6 (preparing to interview, educating, certifying)
- Supporting SoftServe Account Executives with pre-sales activities
- Qualifying tech details on opportunities
