I1. To contribute to the distinctive ethos of the school, as laid down in its Mission statement in all areas of contact and responsibility, in relationships with staff and pupils.
2. To support the HOD/ICT in the management of school based initiatives
3. To provide ICT Technical Support and assist in ICT implementation in the school.
4. To assist in the maintenance and support of network infrastructure (wired and wireless) and network printers.
5. To assist in the procurement of equipment/ services, following guidelines stipulated by MOE and the school.
6. To manage non-SSOE user accounts for operations required by the school. e.g. Apple School Manager, Mobile Device Management Portals, School owned NAS, Wi-Fi, Gmail etc.
8. To perform diagnostic service and repair computing devices in school in accordance to the workflow as set up by the HOD/ICT.
9. To perform event recording and provide ICT support.
10. To support student iPad access and configuration, and MDM/DMA management of iPads, including assist/advise students on ipad servicing and insurance claim.
11. To support stock-take of ICT assets and stores together with other members of IT Support Team.
12. To perform regular health check on school’s audio/visual equipments and send for servicing when required, and replace with alternative equipment in classroom when equipment required servicing.
13. To manage the periodic replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment.
14. To ensure secure operation of the network maintaining accessibility and convenience for users within the constraints of appropriate security.
15. To evaluate and analyse the ICT resources and infrastructure and provide appropriate advice for planning purposes.
16. To carry out any other duties as assigned by P,VP,HOD/ICT and ICT Manager.
**Timing**:
Monday to Friday : 7.30 AM to 4.30 PM / ( 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM )
**Requirement**:
Diploma in Information Technology ( Or Equivalent)
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
